The company has been focusing on staff training, and has been using action to practice, in addition to the traditional external teachers, internal training, sharing meetings, human resources departments carefully investigate the needs of employees, carefully compare external resources, with the strong support of the company's leadership, in August 2015, decided to provide employees with educational opportunities to upgrade their academic qualifications, and Huizhou economic post. The Institute of Technology and Huizhou West Point College cooperate to carry out the first "Xinhua Seedling Project - College Class" project in the company, so that employees can improve their academic qualifications while working inside the company, and the company will reimburse all their tuition fees.

　　Because of the lack of relevant experience, we selected Pingnan Business as a pilot project in the first junior college class. After accumulating successful experience, we will carry out this project in three business institutes according to the needs of employees.

　　I remember that in order to let everyone know about this project and let the people who really need to participate in this project, the Ministry of Human Resources specially produced explanatory materials and held two policy seminars on "Xinhua Seedling Raising Project-College Course". More than 200 employees who directly listened to the policy explanations and needed to upgrade their educational background reached the goal. At the seminar, the Ministry of Human Resources elaborated on the project plan and fully explained it to all of you. Questions, so that you do not worry about participating in this project.

　　Finally, 38 employees bravely took the step of pursuing their ideal. After professional pre-examination training, they participated in the National Unified Organization Adult College Entrance Examination. After the examination, 29 people eventually joined the "Xinhua Seedling Project - College Class". Although not all of us have passed the exam, we can bravely pursue our ideals and challenge ourselves, which is also a good example for us to believe in Chinese people.

　　In this year's more than a year, Huijing College's professional teachers, West Point College's personal professional quality improvement teachers, spare no effort to come to the company to teach classes for students, and students also earnestly learn the nutrition of knowledge.

　　On January 15, 2017, the students completed the final exam of the first academic year. The time and knowledge you have learned in the company's college classes are limited, but we believe that the spirit of Chinese people's constant pursuit of self-transcendence is endless.
